Crab wearing sunglassesSummer vacation is over and it's time to hit the books again. Why not make your own Photo cameraphoto album page so can you remember what a great time you had this summer.

This Month's Cool Activity:

Photo Album sampleHere’s how:
What you need: photos or special objects; ruler; string, yarn or ribbon, paper; colored marker or pen; glue.

What to do:

  • Using your glue, make a border around your paper with your string, yarn, or ribbon.
  • Then add your photos and special objects (maybe a movie ticket, a postcard or a shell you found on the beach) with the glue. Leave enough room to add your notes. If you don’t have any photos you can always draw pictures.
  • Leave it for a while to dry.
  • With a pen or marker write notes to explain what the objects are or what is happening in the picture. Remember to make it fun!
  • Hang it proudly on your refrigerator. You can always add more pages later by using a hole punch and tying the pages together with string.
