Please send us your request by mail or fax (617) 984-7222 to Dennis Berry, Associate General Counsel, NFPA, 1 Batterymarch Park, Quincy, MA 02269-9101 in a letter setting out what material you would like to use, what the purpose is of this material and what will be the distribution of the final product. Your letter should include your name, address, and telephone number and be on letterhead if possible.
 
When we have received that information we will provide a written reply, usually within two weeks. If we need more information, we will call you. Thank you.

Fire departments, schools, and civic groups are encouraged to copy and distribute the downloadable components on this Web site only (Sparky's Home Safety Checklist, the Escape Planning Grid, and Sparky's coloring pages).
